    • Sea salt
    • Grass-fed tallow (for cooking)
  • Instructions:
  1. Take the steak out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until it’s hot, then add a generous portion of tallow.
  3. Season the steak with sea salt and place it in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish (adjust for your preference).
  4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing. The juices will settle, and the flavor will be perfect.
